Please read the Refunds and Returns details below prior to placing an order.  The Refunds and Returns forms part of our Terms and Conditions, effective from 21st February 2015.  The following details may get updated so please re-read them before placing an order.

Items Purchased From Shops/Stockists

Items bought through one of our stockists will need to be retuned to that stockist with the receipt of purchase, and an item return/exchange/refund will be made subject to the terms and conditions of the individual stockist.  Please do not return items that have been bought from these outlets directly to us.

Items Purchased Directly From Us From A Craft Fair/Wedding Fair

If there is an issue with a purchase that you have made directly from us at a Craft fair/Wedding fair then please Contact Us directly within 14 days.  Please detail the place where the purchase was made, the item that was bought and the nature of the problem.  We will then discuss the options that are available and the process for the return, as appropriate.  Please do not send items to us until you have been in contact with us to discuss the issue and we have agreed to them being sent to us.  Your consumer statutory rights are not affected.

Items Purchased Via The O3zone-designs.com Website Online Shop

Under the consumer contracts regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receipt of the goods.

Please Contact Us if you wish to cancel your order and return the item(s).

When returning items, proof of postage needs to be obtained in case there is an issue with its delivery back to us.

The items returned must be un-used and un-worn and returned it their original packaging.  Items damaged in transit back to us which is due to it not being returned in its original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

If when you receive the item it is damaged upon receipt, then please contact us regarding its return describing the damage to the goods.  Please let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund for the damaged item(s).  Please return the damaged item(s), un-used and un-worn, in its/their original packaging.

Purchase of Earrings

Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned.  Your consumer statutory rights are not affected.
